| A busy snowy Sunday for Group 2 members yesterday! On duty firefighters answered multiple calls for service yesterday, including several EMS calls, a few fire alarm activations, and an inside odor of gas. We even put our UTV on the road for a call, anticipating road conditions at the emergency address to be challenging for a fire engine to access, ensuring the fastest possible response. Our call volume and responses doesn’t slow down during extreme weather, and neither does our members dedication to keeping our City safe! We are proud of our member’s work during these challenging conditions! Hats off to all of our fellow first responders, DPW crews, and essential workers that “weathered the storm!” |
