Weekly Training Topic

Truck Company Skills were this week’s topic. Both Career and Volunteer members practiced forcible entry, basic search & rescue techniques, and portable ladders, including descending a ladder with a victim. Getting “back to basics” helps keep our firefighter proficient in their fundamentals, and at the ready to perform these skills at a true emergency if needed. No matter how simple or complex the skill, our members do what it takes to keep our City safe!
