Download a PDF of the application to print and submit in person
Stop by the firehouse to collect a printed copy of the application (the firehouse is staffed anytime but please be courteous by limiting your visit to business hours)

In all cases, once your application is received, it will be reviewed and the Chief will contact you for next steps.
