City of Peekskill Fire Department - Westchester County, NY

The City of Peekskill Fire Department has partnered with the red cross to provide free smoke detector installations for residences in our community through the Sound The Alarm - Save A Life Program. This program allows members of the community to sign up with the American Red Cross to had someone come to their residence and intall or replace smoke detectors at no charge.
